901 Main

Modern apartments in a classic neighborhood

Light, fresh, home

Today’s amenities and plenty of natural light highlight these modern, urban apartments!

901 Main is located at... 901 Main Street! This three-story, mixed-use urban development offers two levels of one and two-bedroom apartments above first floor commercial space in the middle of the action.

Residents will enjoy inviting living spaces with plenty of daylight (including every bedroom!) and in-unit, full-size washers and dryers. Residents will also be able to choose units that are appointed with upgrades including kitchen backsplashes and outdoor balconies. On-site parking is provided.

Each one-bedroom unit is approximately 770 square feet, with a living room, kitchen, private bedroom and tub/shower bathroom. Each two-bedroom unit is approximately 950 square feet with a large, shared tub/shower bathroom. Each unit contains full-size washers and dryers and includes a balcony for outdoor entertaining.

We are pet friendly!

What better feature could we offer than to be located across the street from the new Whitney Bark Park—the city’s first off-leash dog area within Whitney Park? Enjoy a beautiful summer evening or a new-fallen snow with your four-legged friend at the year-round Bark Park, a mere 200 feet away from your front door.

Pets are welcome at 901 Main for a small additional fee. Waste facilities will be provided on-site for residents.

Plans and pricing

Rents begin at $950 for one-bedroom units and $1,500 for two-bedroom units. Indoor, climate-controlled parking is available for an additional fee, and on a first-rented, first-reserved basis.
